Is this fixed monthly pricing?
Yes. Managed IT plans are designed around fixed monthly pricing after scope is confirmed. User count, devices, security needs, backup expectations, onboarding condition, and separately quoted work still affect the final proposal.
Why is there a monthly minimum?
Small environments still require monitoring, documentation, security review, vendor coordination, and support process. The minimum keeps the relationship properly staffed and prevents support from turning into underpriced break-fix work.
Is Microsoft 365 licensing included?
No. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, security tools, backup tools, hardware, and other subscriptions are quoted separately unless a proposal explicitly bundles them.
Is onboarding required?
Yes. Onboarding gives us the time to review accounts, devices, security settings, backups, documentation, and access before taking responsibility for support.
Can we start with Core and move to Business?
Yes. Core can work for simpler teams, but Business is the recommended fit when Microsoft 365, backups, endpoint security, onboarding/offboarding, and priority support matter day to day.
What makes Advanced different?
Advanced is for higher-risk or more complex environments that need stronger monitoring, MDR, recovery planning, security awareness, more formal vendor coordination, and more frequent review.
Is on-site support included?
Remote support is the default. On-site work is included only when the proposal says so; otherwise it is quoted separately based on the work required.
