Managed Service Plans

Fixed monthly support plans based on coverage level

Plans are shown as fixed monthly starting points. Final scope depends on user count, devices, security requirements, backup needs, and onboarding condition.

Core

For small teams that need stable support, monitoring, patching, and Microsoft 365 help without deeper security coverage.

Starting at $119 /user/month

$950/month minimum Onboarding from $750
  • Remote assistance during agreed business hours for user accounts, access, devices, email, and common software issues. After-hours support is not included.
  • Monitoring and routine maintenance for supported devices and systems. Automated alerts do not mean 24/7 live help-desk access.
  • Coordination of routine operating-system and approved software updates. Major upgrades and specialized vendor applications may require separate project work.
  • Baseline malware and endpoint protection for supported devices. Advanced threat detection and response are included in higher coverage levels.
  • Troubleshooting for supported business computers and user accounts. Hardware purchases, replacement devices, and major rebuilds are quoted separately.
  • Day-to-day help with email, sign-in, collaboration, and common user issues. Migrations and major tenant redesigns are project work.
  • A repeatable checklist for standard account, access, and device changes when staff join or leave. Complex cleanup is scoped separately.
  • Review of the current setup with practical recommendations. Ongoing backup management and recovery testing are not included at this level.

Advanced

For teams with higher risk, stronger recovery needs, or more formal monitoring and security expectations.

Starting at $229 /user/month

$2,500/month minimum Onboarding from $2,500
  • Includes all Core and Business services, including priority support, stronger security, cloud-backup management, and quarterly reviews.
  • Automated monitoring and alerting operate around the clock for agreed systems. This does not provide a 24/7 live help desk.
  • Managed detection and response for covered systems using the agreed security platform. Exact systems, response scope, and licensing are confirmed separately.
  • Recurring practical security training for staff. Training format, frequency, and any simulated campaigns are confirmed during scoping.
  • Documentation of recovery priorities, responsibilities, dependencies, communication, and first-response procedures. It does not guarantee a specific recovery time.
  • Scheduled restore testing for agreed systems and data to verify that recovery works. Full disaster simulations may require separate scope.
  • Structured ownership, escalation, follow-up, and documentation for important technology vendors. Procurement and major vendor projects remain separate.
  • A monthly or every-two-month review of support, security, backups, risks, and priorities, with the cadence confirmed during scoping.
  • Help organizing relevant control, process, and technology evidence. OnlineV does not provide legal advice, certification, or a guarantee of compliance.

How Pricing Works

Clear scope before you commit

Managed support covers the agreed recurring service. The final quote reflects the environment and separates project work so the monthly plan stays predictable.

What affects the final quote

User and device count, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace setup, server or network complexity, cybersecurity requirements, backup expectations, onboarding condition, and whether support is local, remote, or mixed.

Common items quoted separately

  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licensing
  • Hardware and software subscriptions
  • Major migrations
  • Server, network, or Wi-Fi projects
  • After-hours emergency support
  • Compliance projects
  • Large cleanup or remediation work
  • On-site work outside included scope
Environment review Understand what you have now and where the meaningful gaps are.
Prioritized scope Separate urgent work from improvements that can wait.
Clear recommendation See cost, risk, expected outcome, and separately quoted work.

Pricing FAQ

How to read the starting prices

The goal is clear public pricing without pretending every business environment is identical.

Is this fixed monthly pricing?

Yes. Managed IT plans use fixed monthly pricing after scope is confirmed. User count, devices, security needs, backup expectations, onboarding condition, and separately quoted work still affect the final proposal.

Why is there a monthly minimum?

Small environments still require monitoring, documentation, security review, vendor coordination, and a reliable support process. The minimum keeps the relationship properly staffed and prevents support from becoming underpriced break-fix work.

Are licensing and subscriptions included?

No. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, security tools, backup tools, hardware, and other subscriptions are quoted separately unless a proposal explicitly bundles them.

Is onboarding required?

Yes. Onboarding provides time to review accounts, devices, security settings, backups, documentation, and access before OnlineV takes responsibility for support.

Is on-site support included?

Remote support is the default. On-site work is included only when the proposal says so; otherwise it is quoted separately based on the work required.
